Rule R33-2 is authorized under Subsection 63G-6a-202(5) which directs that the Procurement Policy Board to "adopt rules of procedure for conducting its business." The Procurement Policy Board is also authorized to make rules under Section 63G-6a-203 et seq.

There have been no comments received either supporting or opposing the rule.

This rule needs to be continued because it establishes the rules of procedure for the Procurement Policy Board.
