Extension Reason:
In the 2013 General Legislative Session, a required change in the Baby Watch Early Intervention Program's sliding fee schedule that is applied to families receiving early intervention services was made. The Baby Watch Program needs time to modify the fee schedule and the accompanying implementing policy, and therefore are requesting an extension for the five-year review. New deadline: 11/28/2013.
