    The rule records the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) mission statement and provides the reference for the section of the Older Americans Act. Section 62A-3-104 gives the division the authority and the requirement to comply with the Older Americans Act, in this case with regard to the SCSEP program as mandated by the Act.

    No written comments have been received.

    This program is still active and the this rule is still a requirement of the grant from the Department of Labor. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
