Section 63-11-17 authorizes the board to make rules governing the state park system, including public safety, peace, protection. This rule encompasses all rules in Section 63-11-17 and what can happen if these rules are violated, including expulsion by a ranger or other law enforcement officer and being prohibited from returning for 48 hours.

All violation listed rules including expulsion as stated in this rule need to be defined and this rule supports Section 63-11-17 by listing what happens under expulsion from a park. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
