    This rule implements Section 41-22-10.1 which requires off-highway vehicle use designation.

    This rule implements Section 41-22-10.1 which requires off-highway vehicle use designation on lands administered by the Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands. This rule sets forth the off-highway vehicle (OHV) use categories, method of designating OHV use and the director's authority with regard to OHV use. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
