    This rule implements Section 63G-4-503 which authorizes the Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands to set forth procedures for submission, review, and disposition of petitions for agency declaratory orders on the applicability of statutes, rules, and orders governing or issued by the agency.

    No comments have been received to date.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule allows for public petitions for a declaratory order. This rules sets forth the procedures for such petition, along with petition review and disposition. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
