Section 62A-15-501 gives requirements for the education programs for DUI offenders.

The division has not received any public comment on this rule since the last five-year review of this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
It is necessary to continue this rule in order to administer the requirements of Section 62A-15-501. The division acknowledges that there are several statutory citations within this rule that need to be updated. This updating will be accomplished as soon as possible.
