    Section 53A-13-101.6 directs the Utah State Board of Education to provide a rule for a program of instruction within the public schools relating to the flag of the United States.

    State law continues to direct the Utah State Board of Education to provide a rule for a program of instruction within the public schools relating to the flag of the United States. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
