Title 63G, Chapter 4, requires the Office of the State Auditor to establish rule in order to receive and review public petitions for declaratory orders.

In order for the Office of the State Auditor to receive and review public petitions for declaratory orders, statute requires a rule to be in place. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
