This rule is authorized under Section 63M-7-506, which directs the Crime Victim Reparations and Assistance Board to adopt rules to implement and administer Section 63M-7-501 et seq., pursuant to Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, which includes the award and reparation standards.
