    In accordance with Subsection 63G-2-403(14), this rule establishes the procedure for complying with an order of the State Records Committee.

    No comment on the rule has been received in opposition or support.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    The rule continues to provide a way for governmental entities to demonstrate compliance to an order of the committee and a timeline by which to judge the compliance. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
