    Subsection 63C-9-301(3)(a) requires the Capitol Preservation Board to make rules to govern, administer, and regulate Capitol Hill facilities and Capitol Hill grounds.

    No comments have been received either supporting or opposing the rule.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule needs to be continued in order for the Board to continue the regulation and the use of magnetometers by Capitol Hill security personnel.
