    Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Utah State Board of Education to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.

    No written comments have been received.

     

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    There continues to be a need to have a rule that provides guidance to public school officials in protecting and accommodating individual rights in the Utah's public schools. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
