Section 53A-15-202 directs the Utah State Board of Education to establish minimum standards for applied technology programs in the public education system.

The Technology, Life, and Careers, and Work-Based Learning Programs still exist and a rule is necessary to provide standards and procedures for the programs and for distribution of funds. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
