R877-23V-4. License Holder Prohibitions Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 41-3-210.A. A person holding a dealer's license may not:1. employ a person who has not obtained a salesperson's license to act as a salesperson for that dealer;2. enter into a contract, agreement, or owner-finder plan with a person who has not obtained a salesperson's license to act as a salesperson for that dealer; or3. encourage or conspire with any person who has not obtained a salesperson's license to:a) act as a salesperson or agent;b) solicit for prospective purchasers; orc) negotiate or assist in any way in the negotiation of a sale of a motor vehicle for a salary, commission, or compensation of any kind.]KEY: taxation, motor vehicles
