Outpatient Hospital Supplemental Payments

The Division of Medicaid and Health Financing (DMHF) is submitting a change to the Medicaid State Plan throughAttachments 4.19-B, SPA 14-032-UT Outpatient Hospital Supplemental Payments. The purpose of this change is to update the utilization trend for fiscal year 2015.

DMHF does not expect any increase or decrease in annual costs to result from this amendment.

The proposed effective date of this amendment is July 1, 2014, and it is pending Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval.
