Subsection 73-18-4(2) allows the board to promulgate rules regarding placement of waterway markets and other permanent or anchored objects on the waters of Utah.

This rule is currently in force to give direction for all vessel operators using the waterways of Utah. It is a viable and important rule for safety and should be continued.
