    Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

    Section 53A-24-105 permits the Utah State Board of Education (Board) to administer funds made available for vocational rehabilitation and independent living and Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Board to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.

    No written comments have been received.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule continues to be necessary because it provides standards and procedures for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
