    Subsection 53-5-710: Persons carrying weapons are restricted from established secure areas within detention facilities as outlined in Sections 76-8-311.1, 76-8-311.3, and 76-10-523.5.

    There are no comments on this rule since the last review.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    The agency continues to need to restrict weapons in secure areas of juvenile detention facilities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
