Subsection 63G-2-202(8), and Sections 63G-2-204, 63A-12-104, 26-1-5, and 26-1-17 require adoption of a rule to implement public access to public records held by the Department.

Public access to records held by the Department is supported and facilitated by this rule. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
