    No comments received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

Rule continuation supports ongoing operation and maintenance of the Utah immunization information system used by clinicians throughout the state for clinical decision support and by schools/day cares/camps throughout the state for compliance with entry requirements - in order to continue to increase Utah's immunization coverage, prevent vaccine-preventable diseases, and improve the health of Utah's citizens.
