Pursuant to Section 62A-2-101 et seq., the Office of Licensing shall license day treatment programs according to the following rules.

No comments were received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
A day treatment program provides services to individuals who have emotional, psychological, developmental, physical or behavioral dysfunctions, impairments, or chemical dependencies. Day treatment is provided in lieu of, or in coordination with, a more restrictive residential or inpatient environment or service in accordance with Subsection 52A-2-101(4). This rule establishes the legal requirements. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
