    No comments have been received either in support or opposing this rule.

    The continuation of this rule will ensure that the drinking water program administration is firmly established in the state of Utah. It defines a public water system, which are the systems that the Division of Drinking Water can and does regulate. It sets forth the requirements and conditions of sanitary surveys, gives a rating system to public water systems, and establishes the variances and exemptions.
