Subsection 53A-1-402(1)(e)(i) directs the State Board of Education to establish rules and minimum standards for school productivity and cost effectiveness measures.

Upon review of this rule, it was determined that the rule is no longer necessary because the program no longer exists. The rule will therefore be continued so it does not expire and a repeal will be put through the appropriate process.
