    NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

    Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

    A person cannot drive a pedestrian vehicle on public highways or sidewalks without receiving authorization from the state as per Section 41-6a-1011. This rule defines a pedestrian vehicle and outlines all the requirements.

    No written comments have been received.

     

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule is needed so the agency can be in compliance with statute and allow individuals to get a pedestrian vehicle if they meet all the requirements. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
