Section 4-14-6 authorizes the department to make and enforce rules considered necessary to administer and enforce this chapter, including but not limited to, rules relating to the sale, distribution, use, and disposition of pesticides as deemed necessary to prevent damage and to protect the public health.

This rule establishes the procedures for the registration, labeling, and classification of pesticides. It also establishes the procedures for the classification of Pesticide applicators, certification procedures, and dealer licensing procedures. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
