Subsection 53A-1-402(1)(d) directs the Utah State Board of Education to establish rules for bus routes, bus safety, and other public school transportation purposes.

This rule continues to be necessary because it provides standards for school districts to qualify for state transportation funds. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
