NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

Section 53A-13-203 allows school districts maintaining automobile driver education classes to enroll pupils attending private schools located within the school district in those classes consistent with requirements for public school students; and Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Utah State Board of Education to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.
