Section 19-4-104 authorizes the Drinking Water Board to make rules in accordance with Title 63, Chapter 46a, as necessary to administer the Safe Drinking Water Act.

No comments have been received during the last five years opposing this rule.

This rule establishes requirements for facilities which disinfect public drinking water throughout the State, and since the Board has not received comments opposing this rule the Board feels it is prudent to continue this rule.
