No. 33406 (Five-Year Extension): Rule R131-9. State Capitol Preservation Board Art Program and Policy
DAR File No.: 33406
Filed: 02/24/2010 11:05:24 AMRule Information
Extension Reason:
The former Capitol Preservation Board (CPB) Director resigned the end of December 2009. The new Director received notification on 02/22/2010, that this rule will expire on 03/03/2010. The CPB is not scheduled to meet until the end of March or April of 2010, and they need to approve the five-year reviews. Therefore, an extension is necessary to prevent the rule from expiring. New deadline: 07/01/2010.
