Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule outlines the proper procedures and guidelines for initiating and conducting a peace officer certification investigation. It also gives guidelines on the proper procedure to conduct an investigation. It gives POST the authority to decertify officers for violations of Section 53-6-211.
