    Sections 52-4-207 and 63G-9-205 require the Board of Examiners to establish rule in order to hold electronic meetings.

    There have been no written comments received in the past five years.

    In order for the Board of Examiners to hold an electronic meeting, statute requires a rule to be in place. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
