    Section 4-39-106 gives the Department of Agriculture and Food the authority to regulate the elk farming industry

    No written comments have been received.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule is needed to protect our other native livestock and wildlife from the spread of disease, prevent the possible theft of our wildlife population, and prevent the introduction of genetically different types of elk in the state. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
