    This rule is made under authority of Section 67-19-32; Title 63G, Chapter 2; and Subsection 63G-3-201(3). The Board of Pardons and Parole (Board) adopts, defines, and publishes within this rule the grievance procedures for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

    No comments have been received.
