    The rule is promulgated under the authority of Subsections 4-2-2(1)(c) and (j) which allow the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food to make rules governing the control of Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) in the State of Utah.

    No comments have been received supporting or opposing this rule.

    The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food justifies the continuation of this rule as it is still responsible for the control of Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) in the State of Utah.
