This rule is being amended to change the effective date to match the Air Quality Board approval date of amendments to Section IX, Part A, of the Utah State Implementation Plan.

This change in proposed rule amends the date from 12/2/2018 to 1/2/2019. This rule change is not expected to have any fiscal impacts on large businesses revenues or expenditures, because all controls were required for the previous version of Section IX, Part A and,therefore,will not cost or benefit any business further.
