The Board of Education (Board) identified two notices of effective date that had been filed in error with the Division of Administrative Rules. The two notices were associated with these rules: Rule R277-207, Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission (UPPAC), Disciplinary Rebuttable Presumptions, published under DAR No. 39837 in the November 1, 2015, issue of the Utah State Bulletin, that was made effective 12/08/2015; and Rule R277-920, Implementation of the School Turnaround and Leadership Development Act, published under DAR No. 39789 in the October 15, 2015, issue of the Utah State Bulletin, that was made effective 11/23/2015.
The Board requested that the notice for Rule R277-207 (DAR No. 39837) be withdrawn on 01/05/2016, and the notice for Rule R277-920 (DAR No. 39789) be withdrawn on 01/13/2016.
Since withdrawing the original erroneously filed notices of effective date, Rule R277-207 (DAR No. 39837) has been made effective as of 01/11/2016. Rule R277-920 has yet, as of the date of this bulletin, to be made effective.
