    Section 26-8a-207 describes funding for the Emergency Medical Services Grants program. Rule R426-8 describes the eligibility and implementation of Per Capita Grants.

    Emergency Medical Services Per Capita Grants are awarded annually. The rule is necessary to explain eligibility and the grant award process. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
