In accordance with Section 52-4-207, this rule establishes a procedure for electronic participation at meetings.

No comments concerning this rule have been received from interested parties.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule for electronic participation has allowed members of the Utah State Historical Records Advisory Board who live away from the anchor location to participate fully in meetings. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
