    This administrative rule is made pursuant to authority granted under Subsections 63M-1-2603(2)(c), 63M-1-2605(5), 63M-1-2606(1)(b), 63M-1-2608(1)(h)(i), 63M-1-2609(3)(f), and 63M-1-2610(3)(i).

    During the last five years, the agency has received no written comments on the rule.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule is the main rule outlining the agency's method of detailing the portions of an initial proposal that remain protected after the chief procurement officer initiates a procurement process. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
