Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:
Based on its five-year review, the Department of Health will repeal this rule because it defers to the Psychology Services Provider Manual, which has been archived and no longer exists.
Summary of the rule or change:
This rule is repealed in its entirety. Existing policies for psychology services have been moved to the Rehabilitative Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services Provider Manual, and have been consolidated in the Medicaid State Plan under Rehabilitative Mental Health Services.
