    Section 53A-24-103 places the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation under the Utah State Board of Education (Board) and Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Board to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.

    This rule continues to provide directives under Subsection 53A-26a-202(2). Therefore, this rule should be continued.
