Pursuant to Subsection 63G-2-502(a), the State Records Committee may make rules to govern its proceedings. This rule outlines the procedures followed by a governmental entity complying with the decision and order of the State Records Committee.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule explains the procedures for a governmental entity to follow in order to be in compliance with the order of the State Records Committee. It also allows the committee to enforce their order if there is noncompliance from a governmental agency. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
