    Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:

    The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the newest version of Utah's State Implementation Plan (SIP) Section IX.A into the Utah Air Quality Rules.

    Summary of the rule or change:

    The rule incorporates the newest version of Utah's State Implementation Plan (SIP) Section IX.A. This includes the PM10 Maintenance Plan for Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Ogden City. The technical support documents will be available online by 10/01/2015. A link to the documents will be provided at http://www.deq.utah.gov/NewsNotices/notices/air/Pubrule.htm

The areas affected are already attaining the standard, and this maintenance plan demonstrates that the areas will continue to attain the standard through the year 2030.     R307-110-10. Section IX, Control Measures for Area and Point Sources, Part A, Fine Particulate Matter.

    The Utah State Implementation Plan, Section IX, Control Measures for Area and Point Sources, Part A, Fine Particulate Matter, as most recently amended by the Utah Air Quality Board on December [3]2, 201[4]5, pursuant to Section 19-2-104, is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of these rules.
