    Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:

    This amendment adopts equivalent federal regulations to maintain equivalency with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

    Summary of the rule or change:

    This rule change clarifies several compliance and monitoring provisions. It also corrects several omissions and typographical errors in amendments EPA made to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for hazardous waste combustors which were promulgated on 10/12/2005.

    The requirements as found in 40 CFR 266, Subpart H, 266.100 - 266.112, [2002]2008 ed., are adopted and incorporated by reference.
