Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Utah State Board of Education to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.

Class size reporting continues to be required by and reported to the Utah State Office of Education. The rule provides standards and procedures for reporting class size. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
