Filing No. 43337 for Section R81-1-24, Responsible Alcohol Service Plan, was published in the November 15, 2018, Bulletin as a repeal. A repeal removes the entire rule and this filing was removing only the one section which makes it an amendment. It has been corrected and this filing, removing Section R81-1-24, is effective as of 12/24/2018.
