    The reference to Subsection 31A-22-613.5(3) in the Authority Section is incorrect. It should read Subsection 31A-22-613.5(2) and will be corrected within the coming month. This subsection authorizes the commissioner to adopt a rule to implement disclosure requirements an provide examples of coverage limitations or exclusions, including a secondary medical condition.
