The Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. in the Heber M. Wells Building, 160 East 300 South, Room 474, Salt Lake City, Utah, with respect to a proposed rule amendment affecting Rule R156-37, Utah Controlled Substance Act Rules. Said proposed rule amendment was filed with the Division of Administrative Rules on November 26, 2007, and published in the December 15, 2007, Bulletin under DAR No. 30757 (2007-24, pg 2).
