Subsection 40-6-5(2) grants to the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining the authority to adopt rules as necessary to administer the Utah Oil and Gas Conservation Act; included in this Act at Subsection 40-6-5(2)(h)and Subsection 40-6-5(3) are provisions for regulating gas processing and crude oil treatment.
